The Book of Transactions
What does ripening imply? He said: It meant that they become red or become yellow and are fit for eating.
Narrated by Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbidding Muzabana and Muhaqala, and Mukhabara, and the sale of fruits until they are ripe. I (the narrator) said to Sa'id (the other narrator):

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

قُطُوفُهَا دَانِيَةٌۭ
Its [fruit] to be picked hanging near.
سُورَةُ الوَاقِعَةِ
Al-Waaqia (The Inevitable)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

وَفَٰكِهَةٍۢ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُونَ
And fruit of what they select
سُورَةُ القَلَمِ
Al-Qalam (The Pen)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
2 ayahs
أَنِ ٱغْدُوا۟ عَلَىٰ حَرْثِكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰرِمِينَ
[Saying], "Go early to your crop if you would cut the fruit."
فَأَصْبَحَتْ كَٱلصَّرِيمِ
And it became as though reaped.
سُورَةُ المُرۡسَلَاتِ
Al-Mursalaat (The Emissaries)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

وَفَوَٰكِهَ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ
And fruits from whatever they desire,
